Who I Am

If you met me over a cup of coffee, you wouldn't hear about books or ministries first. You would meet a woman who deeply loves her family, thrives in quiet spaces, and has spent years learning to listen to the gentle whisper of God. I am a wife, a seeker, and a fellow traveler who knows what it feels like to love God fiercely while feeling completely out of sync with the frantic pace of the world. For a long time, I tried to force my spiritual life to march to the beat of an unending to-do list, constantly wondering why my soul felt tired even when my hands were busy serving. I wanted a life that felt like a dance with the Creator rather than a race against the clock—and that's why I wrote this series.
My perspective shifted when I hit a season where the old ways of doing things stopped working. I found myself in a spiritual wilderness—a dry space where the noise of the world faded, but the internal ache for real grounding grew louder. In that season of waiting, I encountered the biblical calendar and the profound order of the four directional camps: the vanguard forward-movement, the heat of refinement, the transition of sunset, and the quiet protection of the north. Before this, time felt like an adversary. But as I began to study the twelve months, the tribal alignments, and the rhythmic way God led Israel through the desert, a light went on in my heart. I realized that God doesn't view time as a linear, stress-inducing deadline; He sees it as a directional blueprint designed to draw us closer to Him. The moment this became real to me, the pressure broke. I wasn't falling behind in life; I was simply in a specific, necessary month of preparation. Learning to recognize which camp I was walking through transformed my anxiety into a peace I hadn't been able to manufacture on my own. I didn't just study the rhythm—I began to inhabit it. This framework became a door that led me back to the heart of the Father. I didn't find the answers — I found the One who holds them. And I built Grace by Design so you might find your own way to that same place

Personal Encounter

The Blueprint Series

In every season of our journey, there comes a moment when we want to know Him deeper — to feel His presence in a new way, to discover something about Him we didn't know before. The Blueprint Series was born from that place. Divine Tapestry traces His names — discovering the nature of the One you are following. Divine Rhythm maps His seasons — a month-by-month journey through the biblical calendar, weaving scripture, personal story, and reflection into a framework for recognizing how He moves. Together they are an invitation — not a system to figure out, but a map to inhabit with the One who holds every answer.

Grace by Design Ministries

Grace by Design Ministries exists to help you slow down, look up, and draw closer to God's intentional design. Every resource we create — the quiz, the books, the Blueprint Letter — is an invitation into the same discovery: that God moves by design, and that you were made to move with Him.
While the words on these pages come from my heart and my personal encounter with the Lord, bringing this framework to print is a rigorous, shared labor of love. My husband, Richard, serves as our primary editor, bringing decades of experience as a career journalist and editor for top-tier global newswires and newspapers to our books. His sharp editorial eye and commitment to structural excellence make sure that what reaches you is clear, grounded, and true to the work.

This ministry hasn't grown in a straight line — it's grown in community. I'm part of AWSA (Advanced Writers & Speakers Association), a network of authors and speakers walking this same road, and it's where so much of this season has unfolded: the AWSA conference where Divine Tapestry was named the 2026 Golden Scroll Award winner for Christian Living Book of the Year, and a conversation with Bob Crittenden on Faith Radio, sharing this journey with a wider audience for the first time. None of it changes the mission. It's just evidence that the door is opening.
